Fabricated Foam Packaging

Marko Foam is your single source for fabricated-foam packaging. We design, engineer, tool and manufacture fabricated foam packaging solutions to your exact specifications. And we do it quickly and cost-effectively. We are a direct manufacturer, with a comprehensive variety of raw materials and the expertise to solve even the most complex problems. With over 50 years of experience and unrivaled customer service, everything we do bears the distinctive Marko advantage. So whether you’re a Fortune 500 company or a small business, we’re ready to customize a fabricated-foam packaging solution that works perfectly for you.

Fabricated foam enables fast turnaround times and lower costs when shipping low- to medium-volumes. And it ’s versatile, easily integrated with other materials such as corrugated paperboard. Our fabricated-foam packaging is created through manual assembly. The foam is wire- or die-cut to size, then glued and assembled (or "fabricated"). Marko Foam protective foam packaging is ideal for sensitive, fragile products such as medical equipment and pharmaceutical materials, electronic components, consumer goods, automotive products, industrial supplies and office equipment. Fabricated foam packaging provides shock absorption, ESD control, blocking and bracing.

At Marko Foam, customer service is our hallmark. We understand that nobody "knows" your product better than you do. So we listen, and we blend your ideas with ours. Our real-world expertise enables us to meet your technical requirements precisely, while adding value by ensuring that every solution is cost-effective. We’re proud of the fact that the majority of our customers have been with us for many years.

From packaging engineers and in-house draftsmen to our highly experienced sales team, you’ll find the Marko Foam staff enthusiastic and knowledgeable. And thatís important, because choosing the right foam material for your packaging can be a challenge. Depending on the type of foam, cell structure and other characteristics can vary widely. Even foams in the same material group may have different densities and firmness specs, all of which can effect performance. Marko Foam stocks a wide variety of material, including all grades of the Military series polyethylene(which meet the A-A-59136 and PPP-C-1752 specifications), as well as all grades and densities of MIL-P26514 polyurethane.
